Change of mind 7-day Return Policy : It commences on the day you received the item. Goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to me at your own cost.

For returns, send an email to glamlashstudio21@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns'. Please include your name, your order number and reason for the return.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the purchase as soon as I receive the items.

I do not accept returns of sale items.

If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - I offer a 100% refund. To return damaged or faulty goods, please attach a photo evidencing any faults with the item you received.
