APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT, REFUND and 24- HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, or do not attend your appointment, 50% of the final service fee will be charged to the card on file.

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these Appointment Terms and Conditions.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are running late please advise me via text. I will try my best to accommodate you though I may not be able to complete the full service in the remaining time frame and standard fees will still be applied.

  • Remove any make-up products such as mascara, eye shadows, eyeliner or false lashes prior to your appointment.

  • Please do not wear contact lenses.

BEFORE APPOINTMENT

  • Please do not wet your lashes and/or brows for 6 hours after your application

  • Eyelash extensions may not be suitable for everybody. I am not responsible for any reaction or irritation you may experience

  • In the event of reactions, you should consider seeking medical advice immediately at your own expense

  • Refunds are not given in any circumstances, however, if you are not happy with the service or have any issues, contact me within 4 days from your latest booking and I will provide you with a free lash removal service or free fix-up for one time only within 7 days of your latest booking.

AFTER APPOINTMENT

  • MEDICAL CERTIFICATE : If you have a medical condition or history of allergies/reactions, please seek medical advice and get clearance prior to booking an appointment with me and advise me of your condition or history.

  • FOREIGN REFILL POLICY : To uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene and quality, this studio does not accept foreign refills under any circumstances. If lash extensions were applied by another technician, a full removal and new full set will be required. Clients are responsible for booking the correct service. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling the appointment.

  • CHILD POLICY : For the comfort, safety and concentration required during an appointment, children are generally not permitted in the studio.

    • PERMITTED : Infants who are young enough to remain settled in a bassinet for the entire duration of the appointment. The infant must remain in the bassinet at all times and must not require holding and interaction.

    • NOT PERMITTED : Children who are mobile, require supervision, or cannot remain safely in a bassinet for the full appointment.

      This policy ensures a calm environment, prevents distractions during precision work, and maintains safety standards within the treatment room.

The above Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future bookings.

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made online or manually with me.

By confirming your booking, you authorise me to charge the card on file in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

I reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with the cancellation policy still applying.
