A full set will be required if less than 40% of extensions remain. Please book carefully, as the full set price will apply in this case.

Please note: If it has been more than 3 weeks since your previous appointment, please book a Full Set. This allows sufficient time to assess your existing extensions and complete the work required. The final service and price will depend on the condition of your lashes and the work required, and will not exceed the Full Set + Removal price.

Why is there a 3-week refill limit, even if your lashes still look full?

Our extensions are designed to retain beautifully, so your lashes may still look quite full even after 3–4 weeks. However, a refill is not based solely on how full your lashes appear. Your natural lashes continue to grow and shed throughout their natural cycle. As a result, some extensions will have shed while others will have grown out and need to be safely removed and replaced. After 3 weeks, the set can require significantly more time and work to rebalance and restore. For this reason, appointments more than 3 weeks after your previous appointment require to book a Full Set.
