FAQ

  • Do you offer Foreign Refills? - No, if you currently have lash extensions applied by another lash technician, I do not offer Foreign Refills. Please book a Removal + Full Set so the existing extensions can be safely removed and a fresh set applied. This allows me to properly assess your natural lashes and ensure the new set meets my standards for lash health, hygiene and safe application.

  • Why do I need to book a Full Set after 3 weeks? - Even when your extensions still look full, natural lash growth means that some extensions may have grown out and need to be removed and replaced. Booking a Full Set appointment gives me enough time to properly assess your lashes and complete the work required, rather than rushing a refill into a shorter appointment. The final service and price will depend on the condition of your lashes and the work required, and will not exceed the Full Set + Removal price.

  • Why don't you offer 4-week refills? - While some clients may have excellent retention after 4 weeks, there can be significant natural lash growth and outgrown extensions by this stage. For the best result and to protect the health of your natural lashes, appointments beyond 3 weeks require additional time for assessment and work rather than being treated as a standard refill.

  • Can I get a refill if I still have lots of lashes? - Retention alone does not determine whether a refill is suitable. I also need to consider the amount of natural lash growth, outgrown extensions, shedding and the overall condition of the set. Your lashes will be assessed at the appointment and the most appropriate service recommended.

  • Can I wear contact lenses? - For safety reasons, contact lenses must be removed before your lash appointment. Please bring your lens case with you and you may put your lenses back in after the treatment.

  • How long do lash extensions last? - Lash extensions naturally shed as your natural lashes complete their growth cycle, so some shedding is expected every day. Most clients benefit from regular maintenance every 2–3 weeks to keep their extensions looking balanced, fresh and healthy.

  • How should I prepare for my appointment? - Please arrive with your eye area clean and completely free from makeup, oils and mascara. Avoid wearing eye makeup immediately before your appointment, as clean lashes allow for better preparation, application and retention.

  • Can I bring children? - To maintain a calm, safe and comfortable environment during lash appointments, children are not permitted in the treatment area. Lash appointments require you to remain still with your eyes closed for an extended period, so we kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for children before your appointment.

  • What happens if I'm late? - Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late. As appointments are scheduled specifically for each client, arriving late may reduce the available treatment time and, in some circumstances, the service may need to be adjusted or may no longer be able to be performed. The full booked service price will still apply.

  • What happens if I need to cancel/reschedule? - Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service price. This policy helps protect reserved appointment time and allows us to offer availability to other clients.

  • Can I remove my extensions myself? - Please don't pull, pick or attempt to remove lash extensions yourself, as this can damage your natural lashes. Professional removal is the safest option.
